I held my funds at Baird for 18 months. Over the course of the 18 months, customer service was good and fees were reasonable. When I transferred my funds from Baird, however, they made some errors in fund classification they they denied being responsible for. Poor attention to administrative details and lack of accountability seriously degraded my experience.
