Do not come here for Tax prep unless you are willing to loose your benefits. I came here early 2019 to prep my 2018 tax and applied a itin number for my spouse. At the end of the day, we didn’t get the itin number applied because she applied it wrong. And, we lose around $1.5k tax return because she prep it wrong. Then came back to her to consult what could do next. She didn’t pick up the phone, reply messages nor willing to meet us even if we already set up a meeting with her.It was a truly unsatisfying and frustrating experience with SGI.

Excellent customer services.... Very friendly atmosphere I will recommend it to anyone who wants to get their taxes done professionally and with the certainty that they will do everything in their power to make sure you do your taxes properly.... Best part is their cheaper than H&R Block
