I do not recommend Intelligent Tax Solutions. I had a horrible experience and never received the level of service, follow up or follow through that was promised in our initial meeting.Outside of receiving multiple invoices with various prices, numerous contradictory emails that revealed the company’s disorganization, and a major (potentially costly) miscommunication regarding filing my company’s property taxes, the reason I feel compelled to leave a negative review, which I never do, is because I found the company to be unethical once I issued my notice of discontinuance due to the unprofessionalism and my diminished confidence in their abilities.I prepaid over $7,000, approximately $4,000 of that was for services that were never rendered due to their lack of follow through. However they decided to issue me a refund of $400. To justify the math, the owner and her team used ambiguous language in the contract to charge me additional fees for the bookkeeping services that I prepaid for. Which was never mentioned until my team asked for the refund. To be specific, they charged me an extra $1.88 for *each* transaction on the main account I sought their assistance on.As someone who amplifies Black businesses, I hate to leave a review that could negatively impact one. However, I believe that it is far more important to encourage people to do their research, read other reviews on Google, read their contract thoroughly, and talk to multiple clients in order to potentially save other small businesses from the harm that could be caused by engaging this company’s services.

The staff are always professional and able to answer any questions or concern. Angela Floyd is knowledgeable in the field and explains everything in detail. Not only is it explained, but documents are provided through email and in person promptly. Intelligent Tax Solutions is responsive and the best in the business!
