I have received the worst customer service from this agency. I have been trying to get my car fixed from an accident that happened January 22 2018 and over two months later I still have not had my car fixed. The Claims adjuster does not return calls or emails. I even contacted her supervisor who does not respond. An appraiser was sent 10 days ago to take pictures and assess the damage and I have not heard any decision to move forward. I would not recommend this company to anyone and this company is who Enterprise uses and I have had a bad experience with them as well.
Inconsiderate to those hit by one of their policy holders. Terrible service.
Worst insurance company I’ve ever seen, if you have them expect them to not cover the full cost of repairs, as you can see from their 1 star status, they are the worst.
