I was interested in opening an account and the first thing she asked me for was my I.d. then second..my ss#...No "how are you doing today"No " what brings you in "No "how are you liking this weatherOr..are you on a quick break and wanted to stop in...NO NOTHING.... I TOTALLY FELT LIKE A NUMBER..no engagement at all.. All they care about is new accounts...and put customer service on the back burner... She really needs to be retrained...I will definitely like to meet the person who thought it was an good idea to give her that position!. Wish there was a 1/2 star..I would probably rate her on half of the half....SO SAD!!
