Absolutely love this location. Greg is really awesome. We always feel welcomed. My husband and I prefer to only go to this location. Customer service is superb. The other locations should go off of their example.

I wanted to change my beneficiary.....I was told by the manager that I did not need a social security number. After I questioned that , along with the manner of how the change would take place. She became angry and very rude. I closed my savings account immediately. For this type of behavior to be exhibited by the manager, it must be part of their culture.

Closes too early they should close lobby at 5 or 5:30
