This is the worst agent I have ever had for my business insurance. Not only does it take him weeks to respond to emails or calls but he never does his job.I cancelled because I was tired of waiting weeks for a response. I cancelled with him and a month later I was still charged for insurance. First the excuse was I never gave him a date for cancellation. Then after I show them in the email that I confirmed I wanted to cancel, he apologizes and tells me he will refund me.After a month I email to follow up to find out where is my refund and his new secretary tells me I’m being charged to cancel. Which is completely illegal in Colorado. Absolutely horrible !
