In the months before I retired, I read many articles about retirement. I talked with various retired friends for advice especially about Medicare. Frankly, the more I read and the more advice I got, the more confused I became. A friend recommended that I consult Primaris. I did and I was wholly satisfied with the patient, thorough explanations about all of the Parts of Medicare, especially about Part B Medigap coverage and Part D pharmacy coverage. I was given.helpful objective guidance about how I could choose the offerings would be a good fit for me. I left the Primaris office after an hour feeling confident that I understood what I needed to know. After a couple of days, I still had a couple of nagging questions and called Primaris. A second appointment was scheduled and I got everything I needed. During my first year on Medicare, I needed to use both my Parts B and D. Everything went smoothly. When I returned to Primaris the following year to renew my coverage, I again received helpful, objective guidance. I remain VERY pleased with the service I have received from Primaris. I recommend its services to anyone seeking help in negotiating the confusing options that a Medicare-eligible person might need.

Primaris did MIPS program abstractions for us. They were very easy to work with. I did need to audit the abstractors work very closely the first week or so, but the manager was very responsive to my feedback, and once we got rolling, everything was very smooth. They set a schedule and stuck to it and had everything completed for us on time. The same group of abstractors worked for us for the entirety of the project and they have a nice online tool that enabled us to see their progress daily. Very transparent communication, a pleasure to work with.
