This company would rather you die before they give you any help

No ability to speak to anyone, no responses to voicemails, lose forms sent (even when you send mail certified), impossible company that should be shut down!

Hands down worst managed care company in the Blue Cross Network. I would strongly encourage you / or your employer to seek out another managed care company to handle your behavioral health needs. In my opinion Companion Benefit Alternatives makes it extremely difficult for their members to find appropriate levels of care - which leaves them uncovered, for many times what is necessary healthcare treatment.
