These people have screwed up my short term, long term, and now a year later sending me 2 w-2 forms both saying this is any and all of my disability for the year receiving weeks apart and after the 31rst deadline. If you have the option to go through anyone else just do it. They will not respond to calls or keep up with your file regardless to your condition
