Very frustrated! I have been paying almost $50 a month for over a year for short-term disability insurance that I was told would cover maternity leave. I delivered my baby May 11. My company shut down March 23 due to COVID and did not re-open until May 13 (after I delivered). We were all temporarily laid off (furloughed) so we could receive unemployment benefits. My contract with Allstate apparently states I have to be an active employee and not laid off or furloughed up until I have the baby. I was planning to work up until I had the baby, but there was a nationwide pandemic that was out of my control. I’m very disappointed that I have paid so much money to this company over the past couple years and they are going to deny my benefits for circumstances beyond my control. Will be cancelling my policy ASAP.

My father passed away the 26th of December 2019. I received a bill saying he owed x amount of money for a vehicle policy. I have called numerous times to understand what was truly owed and have received zero returned phone calls. Today I received a collection letter. UNBELIEVABLE! Would never recommend this agent!

Don’t go with this insurance company, asked for extra coverage and was told I had it. Well that was a lie, they never put the extra coverage on my policy, when I needed it they weren’t there for me! Not just all state but Robert Graham’s firm. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them, they will NOT do what they say. You are not in good hands with Robert Graham or All State!

We have had good experience with Allstate. And good responses when we need to contact them in a hurry. There has been a few times our call was not returned the same day. But if they know there is a problem. Our call is returned soon.

Just signed up, but service wth Charlie Morrison has been awesome! If everyone else is like him, we are going to be happy campers! Thanks Charlie for being so throughorly wonderful in answering all my questions and meeting all our needs.
