This place is a joke. Common knowledge but if your new to Columbus buyer beware. Shop banks and credit unions before you join or sign a loan here.

This Credit Union will screw you over! I have been a customer for many many years. A few weeks ago I got a money order for $1400 and I sent it to my mortgage company. A week later I got a call it had never made it there, it got lost in the mail, so I went in to get it reissued and they would not reissue it until its found! Why would I need it reissued if I found it? They are foreclosing on my house now, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beyond ridiculous that you charge a $5 fee to cash a check drawn off YOUR customer. Horrible customer service.
