Most dysfunctional bank system ever. Call the 1-800 number about auto loan. Enter soc security number , asks for ATM pin . You have to listen to prompt 5 times enter atmThen on hold forever ,then agent goes I need your social since you don’t have an account with usHellooooo I have a auto loan with youClueless. Horrible. Refinancing now not to deal with this 1990’s I T challenged bank

I have banked with Fifth Third for over 20 years. As a rule I find them to be a good bank. They are a helpful bank with all aspects. I anticipate continuing to bank with Fifth Third.

Worst banking experience in my life I was just in the bank on 2/4/17 they never told me my savings account was closed I was expecting my refund to deposit today on 2/22/17 in my savings and my account is closed so pissed with this bank I have bills and I work to hard for my money
