0 !!!!! Stars!!!!! “0” is not an option but that is the only true rating for this law firm.Do not know what they are doing regarding bankruptcy involving mortgages. I ONLY filed because I needed to leave my home and nobody would purchase my home due to the area in which it was located. This law firm had me believing my mortgage was included and settled in the bankruptcy since...again....from the start I told them the ONLY reason I was filing was because no other hardship options were working for my mortgage. I had excellent credit and it was almost ruined twice thanks to this incompetent law firm. After the bankruptcy, the mortgage company came back after me for foreclosure because my incompetent attorney failed to show up or communicate with the mortgage company to tell them the mortgage was included in the bankruptcy. I THEN had to pay for another attorney to get me out of foreclosure before this too made my credit score decrease even further. Do NOT use this law firm because the attorney did not know what he was doing, and he told me to settle it with my mortgage company....not the right answer....if I had the money to sue this law firm for incompetence and providing erroneous/damaging information to me which put me in financial ruin...I would sue. Again DO NOT use this law firm!!!!!!

I promise never to do this again, but if i do have to or anyone who have to file or need help from an attorney please don’t take my word for it just go see Derek Shaw at Calig law firm you will NOT regret it, if you want straight forward and truthful attorney GO to CALIG LAW FIRM

I filed bankruptcy with Calig law firm a few months ago and I give them a 5 star rating.At first I had a consultation with Ross who answered all my questions and assured me I would be able to file chapter 7. After the initial consultation Derek Shaw took over. I probably drove Derek crazy with all my questions and concerns. Not once did he appear to be bothered by any of my requests. Derek was extremely professional and re assured me chapter 7 was doable even though I had a ton of credit card debt. Derek was always responsive and got the job done thoroughly and without any glitches or faults on his part.
