We had a good experience navigating the mortgage journey with Aric and his team. They were very willing to take time to explain details to us so all our questions were answered, including being available outside of the 9-5 schedule to talk. My only critique is there was a small communication breakdown between the team and our real estate agent in regards to the type of loan we were applying for but the issue was personally handled by Aric and resolved quickly.

I have been working with the Aric French team at my academy and they have been wonderful. They have been very helpful in making sure I understand exactly what is going on and how things will be moving forward. I am a first time home buyer and things can get very overwhelming but they do everything they can to protect you from that and prepare you for anything coming your way. I am so glad I was linked up with them because I believe that they truly want what is best for me and my family!

Just to update....you need to use the Aric French team! They went to bat for me multiple times and got my loan closed! Elisha was amazing and seriously kept me calm through all of this! They were kind, transparent and a pleasure to work with!

Just bought my first home with the help of Aric French and his team at Academy Mortgage. Aric and Lexi were extremely easy to work with, help answer what I thought were silly questions, and never made this process of buying a home feel like a burden or stressful. We had a short window for closing set in place and this team was efficient in corresponding phone calls and emails to let me know what paperwork and steps were next. I felt like I was in the loop the entire time and they helped explain processes or steps that I as a first time home buyer was unfamiliar with.
