Do not do business with them.Ridiculously disorganized, highest mortgage interest rates around, and really screwed me over.I canceled my auto debit last November. They continued to try and withdraw funds from my account, even though I canceled the auto debit, and paid my monthly bill manually through the website.I got hit 3 months in a row for returned check fees.And I have to now go to my bank to get a cashiers check and mail my bill to their processing department.I have a military credit union, navy federal, which is 50 minutes from my job, and where I live. I am lucky to get there in time after work to get this check.They told me that after 3 failed attempts in 1 year to withdraw funds from the account due to insufficient funds their policy is to place their customers on a cashiers check only policy. For how long I have no idea. I called last month when I asked why I couldn’t pay my bill on the internet that is what they told me. “We want to make sure there is funds in the account for you to pay your bill” they told me.I paid my bill on time each month yet they just slapped me across the face, and might as well have called me a bum that isn’t responsible enough to pay my mortgage. I’m a Marine veteran, went to Iraq in 2006,7, and 2008. I’m also a teacher now who gets paid biweekly instead of on the 1st and 15TH like I used to, which is why I canceled my auto debit.Stay away. They’re a bunch of human robots who don’t know how to not follow a script. I wish I used my credit union when I bought my house, but the realtor sold me on this bank instead. Worst decision I ever made.
