I cannot recommend Yaya or Kendra Jackson. They have falsified expenses unbeknownst to their clients on many returns to collect their fees. This is taking advantage of the client and putting them in a potentially dangerous situation. As much as 50-30% of their clients income was falsified creating a major potential issue for their clients had the IRS discovered it before I did. Please steer clear and hire someone else for your own protection.If you have had your returns filed by this agency, I recommend finding an outside CPA to do a return review of any returns they have filed for you (even if it’s more than the 7 years ago) as the statute of limitations for audit does not expire if your income is purposefully misstated fraudulently. I’m very sorry to anyone who has been taken advantage of by this firm and I hope you are able to find someone trustworthy.If you do get a return review and find that you too have been victim of this scam, please have your new preparer/CPA file form 14157 & 14157A.
