Worst costumer service! I got in a car wreck, a month later I still had no response. Safeway was not getting back to me. So I decided to stop at the office. When I went into the office, the representatives were very unprofessional. They were busy speaking to each of their weekend. 5 minutes later they greeted me when I explained the situation she was almost upset. They suggested the only thing I could do was to I call the same number I had been calling for a month with no response and complaint to a supervisor even though I had full coverage on my vehicle.

I have been with this agency for three years. The agency personnel have great customer service and are very professional. I love the fact that they always make an effort to explain and answer my questions regarding my policies. I will recommend this Insurance agency with no hesitation.
