A pleasure to do business with. Aaron was very helpful and did an excellent job of helping me understand the loan approval process, and he was very knowledgeable. I had questions (probably more than most customers) and he had the answers for me without having to ask anyone else or to look for them. Often, when I’ve dealt with other lending companies and had detailed questions about the loan process and loan terms in the past, I’ve been treated poorly as if I didn’t have the right to ask questions and got treats as if I was WRONG for asking and told to “just trust me and sign the paperwork”. I actually steered clear of borrowing money for a few years because of it. With that said, I had an emergency and needed cash that day, so I stopped in the Conway office. I’ve gotta say, Aaron totally changed my mind about the lending industry and gave me hope that there actually IS a company out there with people that truly care about their customers that I can feel comfortable dealing with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCE AMERICA... especially if you’re close to Conway, SC... go see AARON, you’ll be glad you did!!
