Dose a great job! very through!

I filed my taxes with this office last year. In the past year I went through a few moves and misplaced some paper work including some of my tax info of last year. When I called to get my AGI number from last year, Bill acted as if this were a huge inconvenience for him and told me he would return my call. Not only did Bill not return my call, when I called back to get an updated he informed me he would charge me if he had to find the AGI. Just absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service. DO NOT go here to file your taxes because if you ever need to refer back to any records even simple ones, you will be charged.
