Nothing but terrible customer service. Left me without proof of insurance when I purchased a new vehicle. Now rate increase of 30% AFTER Statefarm announced it was going to give back 25% to its customers. When I tried to call and talk to my agent about it I was told they would call me back and they never did. Can’t even get in touch with anyone in the office and with statefarm only my agent can help me. The customer service line cannot help with that side of things. I would not recommend this agent.
