Beth was super helpful and very nice. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the entire process. This was my first experience for this type of loan but she made it very comfortable.

The service was great, the lady who handled the loan was very pleased and informative. She was quick. The only issue was that you had to go next door to another bussines to use the bathroom. Other than that it was a good experience.

Wouldn’t recommend!! I got a title loan through them, and due to circumstances my car was repoed, which I understand. But then they refused to give me ANYTHING out of my trunk, and not to mention they refused to give me any information on who had it. LUCKILY another title loan company that I called to see if maybe they knew who might have it, did some research and called me back and said they had a phone number for me, which turned out to be the ones who had the car. I had very important things in my trunk, expensive things at that. And they told me that stuff was part of the car! that doesn’t even make sense!! Bad business!!!!

Every time I have needed quick cash the ladies at Loanstar title loans have been fast and friendly. I have recommended them to family and friends. The interest is high but that is expected of a quick loan.

Don’t do business with these people.The coustmer Service is not up to working people Standars.just some advice for longstar/ small things matter sometimes you have to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer so that they would be a return custom . The next time I need a short turn loan I’ll try title max.
