My elderly parents have a reverse mortgage with this company. They had an approved claim and the insurance company paid this company months ago. We have called them millions of times to release funds to fix the issues in their home and it seems that they have confiscated the check. I have seen my parents cry due to the way they have so unfairly been treated by this companies Reverse Mortgage Claims Department. I just heard one of the conversations with one of the rep’s who disrespected my mother and laughed in her face because they need these funds to be released. At this point I told my mother to start seeking legal advice. This is ridiculous!!! Do not do business with this company!!!

I have been on the phone waiting for over an hour just to start again to hear thatr common excuse...we are experiencing higher call volumes than normal...when higher call volumes IS their normal. Expect zero service from PHH..Ocwen made a BIG mistake.
