Mitch Hefler is extremely helpful... when he’s taking your money. If you need anything from him once he’s done he is EXTREMELY rude. They will nickel and dime for old tax documents, that I now know can be found on the IRS website for free, thank you for the encouragement to take my business elsewhere. Save your money and go somewhere else.
