I was Recommended to Ray by my realestate agent . I am new to the process and as a result hada lot of questions For example does he shop around for best rates or is he the actually lending company ? His answers were rude short and asked me to call him at a certain time . I called he was not available and when he called back he started with “what is It exactly that you want from me “ Not even a hello as conversation went on He got even ruder ,so I hung up and will go elsewhere
