This place is beyond unprofessional. When they make a mistake they refuse to fix it. The manager Brenda Yardbro carries herself in a very unprofessional manner. If you are discussing an issue over the phone and the conversation isn't what she wants it to be she will hang up on you. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone!

I went in today to inquire a tax issue from the previous year and as I walked through the door the head lady , Brenda, immediately said we aren’t doing loans today instead of greeting me or askingwhat was the reason for my visit. When I told them it was about my taxes for last year and spoke to someone I was lied to about having a number they could call to help me with. I went to h and r block up the street and they immediately said there IS a number for tax preparers to call just for the purpose I was inquiring about. They have done my taxes since I was 18 and the service and reliability has only went further and further downhill and I will not b back or refer them to anyone ever again. It felt like they resented being there and only wanted to rush me out of there like it was an inconvenience!!!
