Today I met Chelsy who helped me tremendously. As my Lanlord has a account here and my account is across the street. She actually made my life better by suggesting I have my bank add a memo on the money order that my Landlord requests to be deposited into his account..All with a smile great work Chelsy...You are my hero....

I am so disgusted with Wells Fargo right now. Your “no interest” period is a scam! There is no warning when you hit me with interest that was over the balance I had left! And then you started charging almost 30% interest after that! I know one bank I will NEVER deal with again. Disgusting!

Worst customer service bank. Very rude and unprofessional at this location. Need to hire people with management skills. Especially the manager at this location.

You guys closing at 5 Monday thru Thursday is such an inconvenience. Most people don’t even get off of work until 5. Chase across the street is open until 6 everyday until Saturday.

Save yourself a trip. Don’t use the Corinth location. The lady banker was rude & unhelpful. I waited 15minutes then she finally asks what I need. I said I’d like to set up a profile, something that should take all of 5 minutes. She replied I’m the only banker here & I missed my appointment @ 2pm now it’s 3pm so I can’t help you with that. No I’m sorry. Nothing. It was completely unprofessional. I had to leave & use another location. I’d give it a Zero if I could because that’s the service I got. Complete waste of my time! I will never use this location again. The customer service is terrible.

Quite helpful staff. I planned for 2 hours and was in and out within about 30 minutes.

The customer service at this location is good. However, the overall experience is terrible. WellsFargo cancelled my debit card 3 times in less than a year without notifying me nor providing a reason. I discovered the problem each time while I tried to pay for my groceries. None of the cards were expired AND WellsFargo sent me THREE new ones ALL AT ONCE. The representative at the bank was kind but could not give me any straight answers. Very frustrating!!
