I've used H&R block before with no issues. Unfortunately this year I can't sing the same praise. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. Working in the customer service industry can be frustrating at times, but the smart remarks made by a senior tax consultant were extremely rude. I was told they were doing me a "favor". The only favor that I received was the experience to take my business elsewhere in the future

Anu is very capable & gets all the tax breaks for me.

The service itself is good. If you just walk in without an appointment you can get in & out. This year we tried to make an appointment & it was so unbelievably complicated that I gave up. They couldn't even guarantee they would be able to see both of us during the appt! The guy said he could book the appt and they would tell us when we got there if they could see both of us! Then what's the point of making an appt?!
