I typically don’t post reviews but in this case I will, I called this bank about a week or so ago and spoke to an account manager and explained to them I currently live out of state but I wanted to open an account because I would be moving to San Diego in the near future and wanted to start getting things ready and I really liked what I’ve read about them. They said this would be no problem. I told them I would make the drive SPECIFICALLY to open the account and maybe enjoy the weather and turn around and drive back. I drove over 5 hours walked in to set up the account and then to my surprise was told I have to have an established residency before opening an account. Just a heads up to anyone else before they waste a day to come out just to set something up to bank with them.
