I had purchased a computer from Best Buy last year and my computer crashed. When I took my computer into Best Buy they said they could recover my hard drive in the store and had to send it out and it would cost me the price of 2 brand new computers. So, I called Ross and he was able to recover my hard drive with no issues. He is always helpful and attentive when I have issues and helps solve my problems right away. Highly recommended!
