Horrible service 3.3 rating shows me. Nobody in the bank I need to do a bank wire ROSALIA MUNOZ very rude unprofessional no customer service skills.Store manager Sandra L Sandoval never came to talk to me. Horrible service they seem they really dont care about customer service.They called me back the same day but I still had to drive about 5 milies to the other branch I came back. But still upset because waisted a lot of time going to branch to branchAdvice if no customers in the branch take care of the customer. We are here now

No body answers the phone! Neither at this location and/or at any of the 1-800 numbers!!!

Wait times are deplorable, Tellers are friendly, Bankers are lazy and rude.

Professional bankers and are super cool they will help you out.

I come here primarily on Saturday mornings, and it can get very busy. I love how quick and courteous the tellers are here.
