Is professionalism not a thing anymore? I was introduced to Michael Miller through a realtor and she said that he would be able to help with a loan for my mom in purchasing her first home. After reaching out to him, everything seemed promising however after I sent the documents he asked for, he stopped returning text messages/phone calls. Basically he went MIA. I don’t understand why communication is such a problem. If there was a problem that came up, at least let the client know instead of completely ignoring my every attempt to reach out.
