Jonathan and his team literally came to my rescue... I’m a first time home buyer and I had started the process with a lender recommended by a friend. It wasn’t until I was in the throes of the process that it became apparent the first lender was not experienced enough to help me.Jonathan was given my info by a mutual acquaintance and he actively reached out to me and offered help, even before I was sure if I wanted to switch. Got a loan through Jonathan Wells, took almost the entire two months to close on a house. The Loan that I had was not fit for the house that I had picked. After going through the house inspection and appraisal then and there they should of known that was the wrong loan. I had to switch the loans and kept getting told different things. With them telling me they credited money towards closing/loan and using it as leverage I was thinking that I would not of needed as much money at closing. Jon was the most unprofessional worker I have ever seen. I called in to complain only to talk to Dennis Wells who is his father and also his manger. Got told the lender is only as good the borrower. Now I honestly hope this isn’t how this place is ran.
