Just returned from Advance America in Culver City. Not only is the application process simple and quick, the location is convenient. Joana helped me through the process and she is exceptional in her professionalism, she is personable, polite and made my experience quite delightful. I just hope she is appreciated for her dedication and knowledge.

Not only was the staff courteous as always she did what she could to give me the full 2 weeks to repay loan since the office being closed day before prevented me from repaying earlier.

I’ve been here several times and every time I’m here Melissa is truly amazing she helped me out a lot when I needed it, customer service was excellent never once felt embarrassed or pressured to get a loan .. defiantly sending my friend and family if they ever need it .
