I initially wrote a great review on Fairmax after my first 30 days when I was very optimistic and felt Fairmax was really professional and kept me notified of things going on with my case, but since then, I will receive notifications from my trustee that my attorney is completely unaware of. I try to call to address the issues and rarely get any communication back and if I do, its only after I have called multiple times.They are horrible with giving any feedback, returning calls as they specifically said they would, and are experts in giving you the run around. Today, the phone representative tried to find one of the lawyers, including mines to address the same issues I have been trying to get settled since September, I was told the same thing im always told. "We have sent a message and one of the lawyers will get in touch within the next day or so" but they never return the call. And to add insult to injury, the representative became very patronizing and borderline rude about me being upset. I am very concerned about my case and working with this law firm for the next five years based upon their lack of communication.

Quickly and easily helped me through my bankruptcy. Prices are fair. The process is simple. Lawyers are helpful. My only complaint is it is a very large firm and staff do not provide any direct contacts to your lawyers so it can be difficult to get ahold of them.
