This place is a true old school scam! They operate under several names. One is "Power Realty & Inv". And the owner uses a name of Peter Shaw. They post ads on bizbuysell and other sites. Once you contact them they do not follow up with Buyers. But what is worst is they spam you with emails and texts once they gather your info. Yet the ads they place with low prices seem to be a method of bait and switch. You cant even find their company name anywhere. Avoid and beware.
