I love this bank! We switched from a large bank to Southern States over a year ago and we have been exceptionally happy. The level of service at Southern States far exceeds what we experienced with a large bank. The staff and management are top notch and they are very efficient, courteous and customer service oriented. I had to stop a fraud wire transfer , only had 1 hr from time bank closes on a Friday 4PM . They stop the wire and unlike most people got my Money back. Were can you get service like that???? I love the staff always friendly..
