Impossible to reach this bank by phone. It goes to a mailbox every time I call and then says the mailbox is full!

Drive thru teller service at Preston/Beltline is ridiculously too long! The whole point of going out of the way to find a drive thru bank teller is for convenience and to save time. Much faster to just walk into the location a short distance away at Preston/Frankford. Also, I have NEVER had a teller tell me a hold could be put on my deposit (for a corporate check!) in over 10 years of banking (previously Sovereign Bank)... Beware this drive thru location. I’ve only used a hand full of times in the last year but they have rarely been quick or convenient in the drive thru.
