Most unresponsive State Farm agent I ever encountered. My original agent at this location retired, I believe. This Shaul man became my agent by default at a time when I was working and living out of the country. He never answered a single message I sent to him regarding anything. I never submitted a claim and paid my premiums via direct bank deposit, so he never missed a penny from me during that time. I told him the first thing I would do when I got back to the States was get rid of him, and I did! I give him one star only because there is not a zero option.

When I moved to Texas, I had no idea how annoying the DPS and Tax office would be. This office was amazing at getting me the info I needed for my car ASAP while I was literally standing in the lobby trying to update my license. Fantastic, personalized service!

If you are looking for personalized service, I would recommend another State Farm agent. I received conflicting information within his office and the response time back from them is very poor.
