Union bank does not have time to help customers. I have had 3 bad experiences so far, including 1 appointment with nothing accomplished. My checking account is insignificant business and they have certainly made me feel that way.

Worst customer service , try to do deposit cash and the teller old Indian lady make me to fill out information account number which I don’t have to do that !! ALREADY IN SYSTEM They get paid to do their job not the customers doin it for them !!
