Spent over 9 minutes with them on the phone prior politely requesting a quote. His tone was demeaning and he refused to provide a quote until several days later and proceeded to speak in an unfriendly manner after I requested a quote for 1 vehicle and not all.

Took car insurance on mid of May,2018 after around 3 weeks my premium got increased to another $588. When I asked they said you need to show 6 months of prior Insurance. But when I took Insurance I show them my insurance coverage and 4 months continuous insurance by openings my insurance account. In fact they note down all my information like vin from there only. And I said this is my first car purchased on 14th Jan 2018. This is really frustrating.
They never responded for an insurance quote. TWICE
