This review is aimed directly at this specific Allstate branch.My car has been in the shop for over 3 weeks with no checks paid out to the mechanic. The day I addressed this with my agent directly, Zakiya had the problem resolved in less than one business week.I cannot express how grateful I am to know this group is there for me as an advocate to Allstate as a whole.She kept on pushing the claims department and i have faith it will be done again in the future of needed.If you need an allstate agent, I highly recommend the Corey Browne agency
