Absolutely terrible service. You would think when you have thousands of dollars in a bank and do other business with a bank you’d get more respect. Because I didn’t have online banking they left me on the phone and just came up with false hope until I eventually ended up just hanging up. All I wanted to do was make a transfer, now I’m transferring banks. I advise staying clear of this branch.

Due to COVID we have to go through the drive thru but we have been sitting in the drive thru line for over an hour and no lanes have moved, terrible experience, won’t be coming back

Always a fantastic experience in the drive through. Much better experience than other Wells Fargo Banks in the area. The employees are so friendly and kind. Even if they have 4 lanes open and 2 employees they work hard to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner.

AMAZING experience at this location. I have never been treated this kindly by bank employees. Truly felt treated like royalty. Was greeted by the most warm welcome from Andrea, who is a fantastic banker. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease when discussing your situation. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 4 years, have been to many locations. This was my best experience yet. I left with a smile on my face.

Kind and helpful staff! Tony the daytime manager has always been very helpful and conversational. I left Chase after 20 plus years because of locations around me but more importantly how i was treated.

Waited 15 minutes at drive through. Always wait 20 minutes inside at the line. Wells Fargo always has 1 teller and 4 associates sitting at their desk doing nothing. The whole place is out of date. Trust me bank elsewhere.

Bad new bears... I shut down my account from Wells Fargo...too much red tape with their banking practices. I went to local regional style bank and I am much happier now
