He is arrogant and insulting. He refuses to answer questions. He just gives orders and expects you to obey him. He should have his license revoked.

He sure enjoy insulting everyone he feels is beneath him. Makes it a point to publicly post putting people who he assumes make less than he does down in derogatory ways. I would avoid his business simply due to his character.
