This agency is not a good one. The owner never returns your calls. I cancelled my policy because they were charging me an outrageous amount for a 2003 Dodge Truck. I went with State Farm and with the same coverage, I am now saving $55.00 a month. When I canceled my policy, Allstate charged me $30.00 to cancel.

Stay away very shady.

It is a great insurance service. I got a very reasonable prices for the policies. And the Allstate APP in the cell phone helped me save insurance money. Another important thing is that if I contact the insurance company I can reach them by either phone call or e-mail.

Andrea Bell has helped me twice now to get insurance for two different homes and auto insurance. She does a fantastic job, and I look forward to working with her in the years to come. I would feel extremely comfortable referring anyone to her.

I am posting this on both of his offices since it is the same agent. We received a notice from Allstate late last week that they were accessing our credit information. Through much pressing of the corporate office, we discovered that it was agent George Carranza who ran our credit without our authorization or permission. We have no relationship with George Carranza or Allstate that would warrant them running our credit without first contacting us and obtaining our written consent to do so.

I have been with Allstate for over a decade. Over the last year, I purchased two new vehicles, and when I tried to change and update my policies for the new vehicles it took 4 attempts to get one policy updated an accurate. The other policy that I requested to be cancelled was not canceled, and I was charged for the coverage. We are currently waiting to see if we will be reimbursed. Response time to inquiries was slow and did not seem care about our concerns regarding service. I plan changing agents, and would not recommend the Sullivan Agency.
