ENT is one of the best credit unions I have ever worked with. Every branch I’ve ever been to has been great. Their staff genuinely cares. I called the card holder services today and spoke to Sabrina. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly! I’ve been a member for almost 8 years and even though there aren’t a lot of locations in Denver, I plan on staying with them simply because of their outstanding customer service.

They put 35.00 "Reward" money in my account then sent me a 1099 for interest income on the 35.00 they gave me LOL! So I called and after sitting on hold for 10min all the lady could say was "ya thats what they call the reward is interest". I WOULD NOT bank here the only reason I have a account here is because my car loan was here and there was a over payment.

Horrible. My boyfriend was scammed out of almost all the money in his account - $3000 .. and they refused to help in any way. They were also rude about the whole thing after he has banked here for almost 4 years.Do not recommend this place to anyone!!Don’t bank here unless you don’t care about your money

If your looking for a trustworthy credit union, look no further. Come to this location! I left Wells Fargo in search of a bank that would have my best interests in mind, JJ and the whole team here are wonderful to work with! They really look out for there customers. I’m truly thankful for finding this bank! Wish I could give it 10 stars. Everything is a call away, from random questions to inquiring about credit cards. Ent makes life easy, even in the most stressful of times.

They need to help their customers over the phone later and over the week ends not every one can use a computer device.
