I paid for my taxes to be done by Neshelle. Made her power of attorney to take care of everything and she had me write checks to her and she would "pay the IRS directly". Just discovered she committed fraud and pocketed all the money and never filed my taxes at all. She has a case coming against her. Obviously would not recommend anyone trust her.
