I’ve been a very satisfied Insperity customer since 2008 (except for the one year I made a disastrous departure to a cut-rate PEO just to save a few dollars). The Insperity team are like my co-workers. They deliver excellent customer service, they work hard, they’re knowledgeable and they care. I’ve been assigned to the same fabulous HR specialist for 10 years. Insperity takes good care of its people and in turn they take good care of their clients!

Insperity is the worst PEO provider in the market. They are deceitful, their fees are outrageous and their customer service is horrible. They only want their customers to know the "service percentage" as they want to hide all the other fees they are either keeping or charging. They do not pass on the FICA savings to the employer for Cafeteria section 125 health plans, the unemployment % they charge employers is very high, the service fee they charge per employee is extremely high, they force employees to take both dental & vision vs. letting employees select one or the other, you must take their workers comp (because you could get it cheaper with another carrier) and they include a charge for "non medical benefits". There is a reason why they have $3.8 billion in revenue - they charge enormous fees. Buyer beware!

This company represents clients who make false claims under oath, by their attorneys defending any wild unverified claim. How do we bring integrity to insperity in this department?
