Greeenhouse Data/Luvani is a dying company.I have been a small/medium sized virtual data center client that has spent roughly $54,000 over my lifetime with Greenhouse Data. Generally, my experience has been good. However, in my recent time of crisis, Greenhouse Data’s response was disgusting.Our virtual server was breached and ransomed. Not hacked. Breached with full control. Yes, the server was patched. Firewall and NAT settings allowed remote access only two static locations. Passwords were 20 characters long. Nonetheless, the server was breached, all files were encrypted, the OS was altered, and we were ransomed. While I am confident there were likely additional steps we could have taken to harden our server, Greenhouse Data’s response was “oh well, we would have to charge you T&M to figure out what happened.”Really? There is a breach on your network, on your virtual data center cloud and you have no interested in determining the method and mechanics of the breach?Further, while panic reconstructing our virtual servers, it became apparent how clunky and restrictive the vCloud director and tools are. The system is archaic and requires support to be involved in the simplest of configurations.I know we are not their largest client. But, after a $54,000 relationship and in crisis, we were offered absolutely no help or guidance to restoring our business services. Support was there, but it took 12-18 hours for the simplest of issues (all related to the restrictive nature of the vCloud management tool).The experience of being breached and ransomed has been eye opening in exposing our own internal deficiencies and the outrageous deficiencies in our formally trusted virtual hosting provider.My advice: Look elsewhere. Greenhouse Data/Luvani is a dying company with no interest in protecting the business assets of their clients.

Laid off without any notice for no reason along with many others.Still haven’t been reimbursed for shipping my laptop back and no health insuranceWas told I’d have ~45 days of health careActually ~5 daysOnly response i received was “oops”...Run from this place if you’re looking for a job ....
