Please do not give donations to this agency. VR Counselors fail to return calls and arrange services for disabled individuals. They falsify case notes to make it look like they have helped individuals and enter dates of service that never occurred. The executive office is aware of this treatment and do nothing to punish those who fail to provide services. High ratings are given by staff and associates, not by the people served through the agency.It has been weeks since I made this post. You can see the corporate office has not responded, and they will not because they do not want me to post proof of their unprofessional practices.
